Oh my goodness, I'm actually stitching down the binding on my daughter's quilt. Started in 1st grade, supposed to be finished by HS graduation, but will definitely be done before she starts college. So very excited. Will post pics when all is done!

Are you serious? My what a long time for making a quilt. I thought my UFOs laid around a long time and that is only 5 years. Good luck to you.

:) There's hope for all the UFOs languishing out there somewhere.

You're not alone -- I started making HS graduation quilts for my 3 children to take to college with them ... well before the last one was graduated the weddings started.. so I slipped in 2 wedding quilts then the 3 child got married too ( all 3 in 19 months) and the 3rd child still hasn't gotten her college quilt - LOL. It is still in the UFO pile. She will get it as soon as the babies slow down ! Life happens - enjoy as you go . Good thing she is a sewer also and keeps saying don't worry Mom.
