Hi everyone I'm new to the board. My board name is BellaBoo (my dog is named Bella so I call her BellaBoo all the time) I got the GO machine for Christmas. I was having trouble with my shoulder and hands after rotary cutting any length of time. I'm so glad this is available for home use. I love it. :D

Welcome from NE CA. Glad you found us. Don't have the Go or Studio Accuut machine though.

Welcome from Southern California. I have never used either of those machines. Do they work really well?

I think they are the best things since the rotary cutter. It's great for anyone that has hand, neck, or shoulder pain when cutting. Many quilt shops are buying one so the customers can buy fabric and have it cut into kits. I haven't spent that much money of any quilting item other than my machine but when DH decided he needed a new ATV for 8 x the cost of the Go I hit that order button in a flash. :D I decided on the Go for the portability of it.

Can you please explain the GO?
How many templates can you use?
    How about fabric wastage?
Can you give us a mini review?
Thanks, cuz I am interested in one since cutting out is my worst part.

I watched a demo on line makes me think of the crank pasta machine . You would need a lot of dies . The portable machine is $349, but I don't know what that includes. It shows a lady using a rectangle of fabric so you would still have to cut :D

Any one have more details on this

Hi ! I am a faithful reader of this site! You can get information on these new machines at : http://accuquilt.com/- it sounds like the answer to all the prayers of quilters who have trouble cutting accurately.

Thanks for the link (but it didn't work for me)...I hate to cut, but for that price...I might have to learn to like it for quite a while longer. Hey , do ya' think they will be like tv's, puters and cell phones...the price will drop the longer they are out...??
