    I bought this fabric at eBay and used EQ to design a Dahlia block, importing the fabric. I'd like to do a 54" center block of this.

    I did one in the same color sequence as the fabric picture and one that has the medium paisley towards the outside. It has a darker overall look than the solid blues and I thought it looked better there. This design only uses 7 of the fabrics so I left out the almost solid yellow and the white.

    What do you think?

    I can't wait to see the real thing either! The fabric isn't even here yet. I have one quilt that only needs 5 more blocks made and then sewn onto the body of the quilt then borders. I don't know if I can resist starting this until I have the other one done.
