I heard there is a quilt pattern that has a bag/pouch sewn on the back that the quilt can be tucked into. Has anyone ever heard of this? Know where I can get the pattern?

I think what you're looking for is a quillow pattern. This link has free patterns or you can google quillow and get some.

folding a quillow is a art form----failed to put my pocket on the correct way the first time daaah!!!!---also measurements are important---i did eventually make a few great quillows ----the recipients loved them--my friend used to sit with her feet in the pocket to keep them warm
