I have just finished this handbag - from a pattern called "The X-Bag". Contrary to my kids assertion that this is where the X-Men keep their lunch/papers/makeup etc, this is an extremely useful and capacious bag. Although the final making up is a little tricky, and I have modified the instructions for the inside, this went together much better than I feared. I have more cut out for next week, when the snow hits us!

I made one of those a few years ago. They are fun. I used 2 different cat fabrics. Because of the way they go together, the cat I wanted to showcase is between the layers. I thought I had it together right but by the time I realized it, I wasn't ripping it apart. Everyone liked it and was requesting bags in certain fabrics for different holidays. I bought 2 different deer fabrics but never got around to making it. I like yours with just one fabric.
