    I bought the lovely silvery blue fabric and then could not bring myself to cut into it as it is so pretty! lol
    A friend pointed me in the direction of this pattern (have to admit from the photo on the patter I was not inspired but having seen her quilt I could appreciate the possibilities)

    It is a perfect pattern to showcase pretty fabrics and this went together SOOOOOOO fast! 7 hours for all the cutting and piecing!
    I then quilted it on my HQ Avante. I am standing and holding the quilt in the full photo and as I am about 5' 2" you can see its a good size quilt! Thank you for looking
