Default 6-Hour Quilt took me 2 weeks!

This 6-Hour quilt is about 50"x60". The design is by Kay Wood.
I got a Serger for Christmas & this pattern had just come in the mail. (I had originally planned to make it on a DSM.) I think that each part section is supposed to take about an hour but it took me 2-3 hours. I sew slow!!! Don't get me wrong, 2 weeks is a record for me. My DP9 took 3 months & it's not even sandwiched to be quilted yet.

Binding with a flange. I used Chrisma's tut.

Curved corners give this an extra touch. I'm glad that I tried it.

I also quilted between the strips 'cause the batting need to be quilted closer than the 5.5".

I love your quilt! Like the flange and the curved corners - everything about it!

Nice quilt, no matter how long it took you to make it.

It is pretty. It takes me a long time to get sewing done too. Glad I am not the only one.
