I didn't follow the program but bought one of the bullets and did not care for it all. You had to constantly stop and shake up the ingredients as you were processing it. I took mine back and got the Ninja, I got one large one and 2 small processors in a kit and love, love, love it.

I bought one and have been using it for 2-3 weeks. I'm not really following a program. I am making them the shakes mostly according to their directions, using spinach, fruit, nuts, but am adding vanilla yogurt instead of plain and milk with a small amount of water. Without the yogurt, it was pretty bland. I have been drinking them for breakfast and lunch during the week at least. Weekends are less regular with at least one on Saturday or so. I think it is too soon to say I might lose weight, but I am down a pound or so. Anyway it is good for me and my belly, which I had been having a little bit of indigestion problems.

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago and love it so far. I feel it is the best way for me to get in all those nutrients. I haven't used any of the recipes yet that came with it, just creating my own.

I'm eating way more veggies and fruits than I would otherwise. I'm not following the 6 week program, but I have a smoothie every day. Here's my recipe:
1 cup kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 T ground flaxseed
fill to line with water and blend. Sometimes have to stop and mix the kale in and blend again, but this thing really grinds things up!
