How many of you quilters use stencils for your designs? This is the first time I've tried it. I traced the pattern onto the quilt, then free-handed the quilting. I then filled the rest in with micro stippling. I like trying new things!

Very Nice. I haven't tried doing that yet. What did you use to mark your quilt?

I used a fabric disappearing marker. It disappears after 10-15 minutes after application. It comes in handy.

That quilt is gonna be soooo pretty! Do I see a scalloped edge as well? I have yet to attempt that. You did a fantastic job quilting that border...isn't it fun??!!!

Beautiful work, I hope to try it some day when I get more comfortable in my skin with all this. Looks like you've mastered it already.

I'm not nearly this talented, but I do all mine on my regular sewing machine. :D My machine says that it can do a MUCH better job if it only had a much better operator!!

You did a fantastic job quilting. How much practice have you done? What setup do you have?
