I did learn a big lesson from doing this. If you think you are ready to start on real quilts intead of practice pieces, just do some more practicing first!!!

This was that mystery table runner that a bunch of us did sometime back.

It looks great to me, I don't think you need to do any more practicing, just jump right in, the water's warm!

Beautiful quilting!!!! Is it free hand, or did you use a stencil? So much for me to still learn about it all!

Its free hand. go to this sight, she has lots of quilting designs. The one I went by is in the Fast & Free, vol. 3 under the revolving axis family category.
