Default Feathers & Fireworks

I just could not wait until I got the binding done to show you. I have been trying to learn feathers forever.
Watched all the Youtube and looked at books and practiced to no avail. Well, was going thru the Youtube again and decided to look at long arm show. Well, guess what? It all clicked. The 11 min show I watched was called "Stitch perfect freehand feathers every time" it was from Quilt it Longarm quilters show and featured Kim Brunner. She went slow enough when doing the feathers as most I had watched just went to fast for my old brain Anyway, it all clicked and away I went. The quilting is not perfect but I am tickled with it. All done on my DSM. Thanks for looking.

Looks amazing! I too have all the books and have thought about feathers too long. YOU HAVE BEEN AN INSPITATION, I will watch this video and tackle something I have put on the back burner too long.

Not perfect?! Your quilting is stunning! Beautiful work. I am going to look at that video, as I struggle with them too. Thanks for the info and the inspiration.

That is just lovely. You have done a stunning job. Beautiful quilt. What is the name of your quilt pattern, please? Is there a link where we can also watch the show?
Thanks for any help. BrendaK
