blue bargello quilt just needs it's binding

finally the long awaited for blue bargello is quilted & squared up- ready for the binding. some of you may remember when I first showed the (bargello) part of this quilt, telling you it is my hubby's long awaited for special request quilt- well, it has finally turned into what he wanted- now get the binding done & I can mark another UFO off my list.

the pictures don't really do it justice- it is really quite spectacular in 'real life'.

I'll bet your husband is thrilled. It is beautiful! Those sea critter appliqués transform it into something extraordinary. Looking through the porthole is a neat idea. Wonderful work!
