Your Granddaughter is rather creative and made a cute cover for her new sewing machine.

What a talented granddaughter you have, glad to see she is following in grandmother's footsteps, as she's off to a great start. My daughter would pick patterns and fabric for me to sew and didn't mind cutting out the patterns, but her Sr. year in high school she came down with chicken pox, and when boredom set in, she wanted to make a charm quilt. She searched my stash, pulling out fabrics from clothing I'd made her, the fabric from a dress for Strawberry Shortcake, etc., etc., but she wanted only one of each fabric. She never figured out that she had 2 squares the same, which I discovered while quilting her quilt which went on her dorm room bed, and I never told her as I didn't want to spoil all her hard work.

That is really cute Madison, you did a great job! I love owls and you colored and shaded the drawings very nicely.
