Default How to workout while quilting

My Dr. asked me if I'm still working out. I told her "Everyday". These make the best weights to hold long rulers while cutting.

Tee hee! I'll see how my doctor like this idea! Now, we just need to add in some aerobics, and we'll be all set! Any ideas?

Great solution to 'not enough time'. Maybe we have to attach our treadmill or bicycle to the sewing machine for some cardio. No, that wouldn't work. We'd all be so fit that we'd have to try out for the Olympic teams and that would really cut into our quilting time!

I have a couple of 3# weights that I also use to hold down my long rulers. They work great. Sometimes, I even hold them in my hands and raise my hands up and down for a few minutes.
