Default New member sort of......

I just signed up for my own user account, but have lurked on the board under my wife's user account for awhile. We restore Singer Featherweights as our main vintage interest, but have as of lately gotten interested in some of the Singer 400 series machines. We also have some of the GE & Standard Sewhandy's and a 15-91 in a cabinet. Hope I can help some with info on Featherweights as I know these machines inside & out.

Welcome Rick you get spanked if you try to sell things on here... we are always needing help with fixing things though - no hand smacking for that.

Thanks for the welcome miriam. Don't be too quick to spank though, I have no intention of selling anything here. I am just here to learn & share info with other vintage machine lovers.
Fact is we just aquired a Pfaff 130-6 with the Pfaff Automatic 50010 multi-stitch adapter. We can't wait till it gets here.

I am not into the old machines, although I have my mom's 1949 Singer treadle. But welcome to the board from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Welcome to the Board, Rick. I've got a 403 and wouldn't trade it for anything! It does a really great job!

Welcome from NC and an owner of two Featherweights, one black and one white. Have not used them in a while so when I do drag them out in the near future, you may be hearing from me. I also have a 15-91 in the deco cabinet but cannot get to it at the moment. You gotta love all the knowledgable and sharing people on this board. That now includes you!!!
