Smile Crescent roll dough cheese bars

Does anyone have a recipe for dessert bars using crescent roll dough on the top and bottom with a sweet cream cheese filling? Thanks.

Watson58's recipe is very similar. Looks good too!

This recipe is so old I typed it on a TYPEWRITER! It's a keeper.

Pineapple Cheese Cake

2 pkg. Crescent rolls
2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained

Line an ungreased 9x13 pan with one pkg. of rolls.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla till smooth and creamy.
Spread over rolls.
Cover with second package of rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

Glaze: Mix 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 T. warm milk. Spread glaze immediately after baking.

Refrigerate thoroughly.
