Default The binding Tool Star Quilt Math question

I'm usually pretty good at the math thing, but not today....I want to make the Missouri Quilt Binding Tool Star Quilt from her video. I want to make the bigger one which has 16 total blocks...My question is, will one jelly roll make the bigger quilt? I think it will as she states you can cut a forward and backward piece twice from one strip...Am I understanding this correct that then a jelly roll will indeed make the larger quilt? Thanks everyone for your assistance.....

You might ask if one of your friends have her magazine. It might have better instructions printed in the Block magazine.

I have that pattern. For the original, as pictured, size is 78" x78", requires 1 jelly roll and 1 charm pack. For a full size, 78" x 94", still only 1 jelly roll. For a king, 110" x94" requires 2 jelly rolls, 4 1/2 yd background fabric, 3/4 yd for inner border, 1 yd binding, 8 1/2 yd regular width backing or 3 1/2 yd wide backing
