    More string blocks, measured 6-1/2" before adding sashing. I had every intention of the borders being the batik, but didn't figure how much I needed, just looked at the piece I had, and said, oh that's big enough. I try to make my charity quilts for teens, and want them to be 55-56" long. My crocked camera angle give me heartburn!!! Thanks for looking.

    you never cease to amaze me, you make so many quilts! and still have time to create mystery quilts, you are awesome, one day I'm going to have to come meet you and also your sewing/quilting group!

    That's a beautiful quilt. A few of those strips look familiar. It's always fun to see some of my fabric in someone else's quilt.

    Wow, when you said monochromatic I thought it would be shades of grey. That is gorgeous.
