Free BOM pattern here
Here's a nice free BOM pattern called Be My Neighbor from Prairie Point Quilt & Fabric Shop that I just happened on to & thought someone might be interested in making it. The quilt finishes at 68" x 84 1/2". You might check out the Projects section also. They have some nice small items to make.

Thanks for posting the pattern. Looks like a great way to use up scraps too.

You can download them now and print later. I made a new folder with the file name and put all the down loads into the ONE folder. Don't forget the setting instructions too.

I don't think there is a time limit on this one. It is a Moda QAL from 2016, and there are other web sites you can go to if this one stops working. Some have super cute finished examples to see. Here are a couple:
