    Default Break out the champagne!

    I finally finished my daughter and son-in-law’s quilt. Only took 6 years. 🥵
    Thank you everyone for your advice on the borders. I’m actually quite happy with how it turned out. This is my second large quilt.

    How exciting!! To finish one is the best feeling. Be sure to take lots of pictures don't forget one with DD and SIL!

    Lovely quilt and done!! I know the same feeling...from a DWR that took 8 years (part of that due to handquilting by my mom). I found a sew in label that says."This took forever." That brings a laugh when folks see it. It's great to finish and kudos to you for sticking with it. Sure to be enjoyed!
