Lightbulb Wool mat

I have a wool mat and sorry to say I didn't treat right. A few month ago while doing some fusible applique I forgot to cut he fusible fabric to fit the block. Yep, got that fusible on the mat. At first I was picking it off. That wasn't working. Then I thought why not use a razor on it?, but I had another thought. I ironed it off! Let the iron get hot, put a piece of paper over it and it came right off on the paper. Mat is as good as new!

That was some good thinking. I haven't bought a wool mat yet, but it's on my wish list.

Way to use your head! I know that is a way to get melted candle wax off carpeting or tablecloths, so it makes sense to try it with fusible. Glad you were successful.
