Scrappy birds

I had the pattern for the bird blocks via Craftsy for ages, but didn't download it. So I drafted one from photos online and then added 25 patch blocks made from random squares in my 2.5" box.

Love them…great scrappy birds and colorful. Your project sounds very similar to one I did to make a pp sailboat pattern for a guild swap block. I had to download a photo and make my own pp pattern. Great job on your birds!

I love birds! Lovely work! even love the quilting. It took me awhile to figure it out but looks like something my mind could do. I say this after ripping stitches out yesterday on my scrap quilt!
