    Default 2022 Saturday Sampler BOM

Finished the quilt I made through my LQS Saturday Sampler Block of the Month. The fabric line is Pumpkins and Blossoms by Fig Tree & CO. The program provided the 12 various blocks but no sashing or alternate blocks. I used a matching charm pack and a couple extra fat quarters to make 9 patches for the alternate block and border. Finished at 57" x 57" square. Actually happy with how it turned out. Samplers are not my favorite, but I do like a reason to go to my LQS every month :-)

Congrats on this beautiful quilt and getting it finished! Such gentle colors. You can use it year round despite the halloween colors. I love the way you added the borders. Very creative!

I, too, like samplers as I usually get bored making the same block over and over. Yours is lovely and I wouldn't have thought to use those colors together, but with gray a neutral it works! The soft colors are so appealing. Beautiful job adding the extra blocks and borders!

Your sampler is amazing. The Fig Tree fabrics make this quilt quite appealing to me too. Nice work!

Love your quilting. It allows the colors to shine through but doesn't overpower the blocks. Well, done!
