Hi Andreas
I'm not gonna be much help, but here is an older discussion about that machine:
Need an owners manual for a Dial 'n Sew Mdl 516 or similar
Maybe one of them found a manual and can help
Also, Victorian Sweatshop is a good resource - this forum is all about vintage machines and vintage enthusiasts (not all old people) - maybe someone there can help?

welcome!

Welcome to the forum from Texas.
The only thing I could find was an instruction manual for a Dial N Sew Centennial Model. Don't know if that is what you have but you might find some info here that will help you. It's a free download & you can also flip through the pages on the site. Generally, it's the bobbin that is underneath & it needs to be filled with thread before you can start to sew.

not sure if it's close enough to your machine or not, but you can flip through the pages & find threading instructions & bobbin filling & installation
