I am interested in purchasing a Brother PE 770 from a seller on Ebay. The seller's username is Ken's Sewing and Vacuum Center. Has anyone purchased online from this authorized Brother dealer?
Any help would be much appreciated. TIA

I have bought from them they are very prompt and even answered my e mail within the hour. I would recommend them. They also sell through Amazon.

Thanks for the reply. I did see them on Amazon. Think I will check them out again there.

Where are they? There is or was, a Ken's S&V in Salem, Oregon a few years back. They were reliable and good.

If I buy from them it will be online. Ebay and Amazon say they are located in AL.

I bought my Janome 1600P & New Joy frame from them back in 2005. They are easy to work with. And, yes, they are in north Alabama.

Yep, I've bought two machines from Ken's and they totally rocked. Great price, fast shipping. Like, delightfully fast. No worries if you get something from them.
