I am Susan, and I live in Eagle River, Alaska. I am a Mom of 4, and a Grandma to 4. I began learning to do embroadery at age 6, and I was given my first sewing machine when I was 10. I began making garmets using Martha Pullin's heirlom techniques fifteen years ago. For the last 4 years I began doing more quilting than any other sewing progects. i also Tat, Knit, Crochet and do some Armedian Lace work.

Can you show some pictures of tatting? My ex-husbands aunt did it but I never saw any. What's the difference from crochet? And welcome to the board, looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello and welcome. I would also like to see pictures of your tatting projects. My dad tatted for years before he passed on. I'm sorry I never asked him to teach me. I've been quilting for about 10 years.
