What do you do when you can't sleep? I am up now as in pain and can't sleep.

I enjoy being on the computer, reading quilt magazines and looking thru my cookbook collection.

I'm sorry you're hurting Karen! Have you tried something like Tylenol PM?

When I can't sleep...I wake up William! He keeps me company, and I usually get relaxed enough to go back to sleep...

Aww, I'm so sorry you're hurting and can't sleep. It happens to me often, but usually not from pain.
I keep Friendship Tea made and a cup of that usually puts me right out, even though there is nothing in it to cause drowsiness. Has just always effected me that way, which is a good thing if I want to sleep, but not such a good thing if I just crave a cup. lol
Hope you can get relief soon.

Thanks I injured my siatic nerve 8 years ago as I fell on icy wooden steps. I went to the Dr. yesterday and got a pain shot as I get them every 3 months.

I am having fun reading all of the messages!

Would love to have you share your recipe for friendship tea...lost my copy from a friend from high school. Hers used Tang and instant tea :D

When I can't sleep...which is most nights because of pain I usually come here or try to read a book. Usually works for me to go back to sleep otherwise I'm up for the rest of the night :(

I went to the store the other day and in Indiana (they have recalled all tylenol so can't get it now for 1 1/2 months) I asked the pharmacy the other day and said they didn't know when they would be getting any more in
