Hi
I have been searching the net for a king-size American flag quilt pattern.
I don't just mean a patriotic (colors of red, blue, and white) but a standard american flag. My daughter has asked me to make one but I am finding patriotic stars, stripes, etc. not the genuine flag type. Does anyone have or know where I can look next? Thanks in advance. Victoria

Maybe these will help you.
You might can figure out your deminsions for this pattern. http://www.winnowing.com/flag.html
I would ask for a picture before ordering this. http://store.payloadz.com/detail.asp?c=17&s=97&i=5852&m=16036
This is the coolest thing I ever found for stars. http://desktoppub.about.com/od/paper/ss/5pointstar_9.htm
Good luck.

Not really - either I couldn't get a visual of what my daughter wanted (we both looked and she was not much interested in what I showed her).
Finally bought a big roll of civil war print fat quarters - In a sale basket for $100. all rolled and tied while we were visiting Keepsake Quilts and this called out to both of us.
Made an extra large King with a "sorta" log cabin design combined with muslin. She & hubby were delighted in it.

My daughter sent me this link, she wants a patriotic quilt.
These are small but you could just do more repeats of the pattern.

I know this isn't what you asked for, but wanted to share this wallhanging. It hung in a deli that I worked for, so I do not have the pattern. I thought I could probably figure it out, someday when I have nothing else to do.
