Very cute. Is it really a cake?

What's the "receipe"? I've never seen one like that. Too cute!

I saw one at a shower and I thought that was the neatest I've ever seen. Yours is just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

    Blessings,
    Ruth

No. It's only supposed to look like a cake. It's real diapers rolled up and pacifiers and booties hung randomly with diaper pins. There is also baby lotion, powder, etc and a baby bottle on the top tier poking through the middle.

It was really cheap to make. I bought a big box of diapers from walmart. (size 2 because I figured she'd get a lot of newborn at her shower and also she can leave this put together for a while if she chooses.)I bought two packs of cheap pacifiers. My kids never used them so I assume most babies don't. ?? Then There is one bottle each of baby powder, lotion, oil, and baby wash. One Dr Brown bottle (those are high!)and diaper pins (ordered on ebay cuz I couldn't find any anywhere.) Then just some curly ribbons stuff from Dollar Tree. It was so much fin and not very expensive at all considering everything on it can be used by baby.
