Here are a few pictures from a textile mill in South Korea. I was working for Timeless Treasures and had to go there to oversee the production of designes. These picture are of the first step's taken before thay can go ahead and print the fabric. This is called strike off's. Once thay get my approval the mill can then go ahead and print the fabric on big tables with screens on them. Each color get's a screen and the dye stuff is feed to the screens. There is an automatic squgiee that goes up and down for each color as the fabric is moved under the screenson on a convayor belt. This moves very, very fast. Thay print thousands of yd's this way.
