Below is some pictures of a baby quilt that I recently gave to my workmake who had a little boy, Daniel. I enjoyed doing a different technique with this quilt ... bondaweb! brilliant stuff! I did like the colours and quilt when it was finished. I put Minkee on the back, which is lovely and soft. It was dark green in colour and went well with the pale green on the front.
Let me know what you think.

Love the baby quilt, minkee makes me want to cuddle up in it and all the little critters are so cute.

Hi Ann, I had no trouble working with Minkee at all. I found that because it is a heavy fabric, it held in place really when basting it, it didn't pucker at all on the back. Although it is quite thick, I did use wadding aswell. I loved the Minkee and would use it again. Hope you enjoy it too.
    Regards
    Sharon.

Yes, I used a 2oz wadding. Not sure what it was called, but it was the nylon type (not warm & natural, which I use on my bigger quilts).

I understand your comment about UFO's, I have loads of them too, life wouldn't be the same without them:)
