Does anyone have the recipe for Cranberry Salad made with smooth cranberry sauce--canned, and cream chese? It is a wonderful salad. A friend gave me the recipe last Summer. It got lost in the rush of July 4, and of course I am beggine for the recipe.
If anyone has that recipe, I would love to have it. Just pm me.
Thanks!
Mariah

Is this it? I'd be tempted to mix the cream cheese in with the jello.... :)

1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
7 oz. ginger ale
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to make 1 cup. Boil; add Jello, stirring to dissolve. Stir in ginger ale. Blend pineapple and cranberry sauce. Fold into Jello. Chill in 9x9 inch dish.
Make Dream Whip according to package directions. Beat in cream cheese. Spread over Jello and top with pecans. May add 1/4 to 1/3 cup powdered sugar to topping, if desired.

I am sure this is it; thanks! I forgot the frosting, but now I remember, and your recipe for that also is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Mariah.

Looks delicious, and I bet it's pretty, too. I've been looking for a cranberry recipe to take to our church Christmas dinner this coming Sunday. This is it! Thanks.
