yep, I see the first sign that the prices are on the way up.

Just received an email from one of the local shops advertising a new line by Moda and the price is $11.49 a yard. This is the first time I have seen a price at $10 or more.:)

Sure cuts into being able to purchase for the stash. won't be happening:)

I have gone to a couple of quilt shops lately and it seems the prices are a little higher than use to be.

That's why I've just placed several orders. My new years resolution will be not to buy any fabric. hehehe, but I'll have more than I could possibly use in my tiny little sewing room.

I've noticed even Jo-Anns & Hancocks are $8 - $9 on a regular basis now! Ouch is right.

One of our members, Favorite Fabrics, said that Moda was not going to increase prices. Nancy, am I correct?

I go in the "back room" of my LQS and find 50% off. This sure helps...

I have already bought enough fabric for projects to last me quite some time. I have added to my 'stash- collection'.
I was just at the LQS and saw a few new bolts and the prices were higher.
