This quilt is on my wall in my sewing room (pics I posted) and a few people have contacted me about it. It is a pattern from Quiltmaker magazine July/Aug 05 by Heidi Pridemore. I made it about 5 years ago for my "future grandchild" (whenever that may be) and it is still one of my favorite quilts. I hand-appliqued and hand-quilted it. I wish the photo showed the detail.

Aww, this quilt is so cute. Great baby quilt. Hang in there, the grandchildren will come along - says I too patiently waiting and waiting.

Love the patient quilt inspector at your feet :)

Yes-well, at 60 I should think I would have been a grandmother by now, but my two sons (age 25 & 31) have still not landed "the mother of their children" yet! LOL. I sometimes think they are doing this on purpose just to torment me!!LOL . In the meantime, my "Rocky" (on left in my avitar) is my "third son" and Tank on the left is my surogate grandson!

What a wonderful quilt! Hang in there! My son, who turned 32 last June, just has his first child (my first grandchild) in October!

Congradulations! Do you live near them? We moved back from overseas this year partly because we didn't want our grandkids (someday!) to know us by photos!
