What do you mean quilt as you go? Is that part quilted already? Cool!

I really like how your flowers look so pretty in the middles!

What form of quilt as you are you using? Everytime I've seen a quilt as you go it you work with a square of batting and a square of backing as you sew on your block. How does your way work? Perhaps it involves less hand sewing? :D

No, the squares aren't quilted yet. I'm chicken, I am starting to do the basting though.The instructions say make your sandwich, baste, quilt your design, leaving 1/2"-1" around the border, then when all your blocks are done, sew them together, then quilt whatever is left.
