Broccoli Slaw is shredded broccoli, found precut in bags. Our store carries it in the wrapped/bagged vegatable section. I have used this in other recipes (not so good for diabetics). I will be giving this a try!!!!
Thanks

I can't wait to try the slaw, that sounds fantastic.
I am proud of you. 65 pounds! That is great. We have been using whole wheat pasta too. Doc said, "eat more vegetables", hence all the experimenting.

I have lost 50 and need to lose 7+ to get under 200 pounds. I can't wait to get under 200 lbs. I am setting reasonable goals, I am eating right and exercising. Had a knee replacement so the exercising isn't where it needs to be, but it has only been 3 months since my surgery.
Great job!!!

Broccoli slaw is available, already shredded, in the produce department. It has shredded carrot in it also. There is no prep except to open the bag and stir fry.

I have also used zucchini with pasta sauces, replacing the pasta with zucchini. It is wonderful with Alfredo sauce as well as tomato-based sauce. I had not thought of shredded broccoli - must try it.

Thank you for the information. I don't know if it is available in Australia I have never seen it but I'm sure I can make it myself now that I know what it is. BTW I am also diabetic and always on the lookout for new recipes. So thank you very much for sharing this.
