Love your holiday mug rug idea. I haven't used coffee filters, guess I need to get some.

our guild had a program on using coffee filters to make drunkards path. need a square just a little larger than the coffee filter iron filter flat then sew it to the right side of fabric all the way around then make slit in filter and turn right side out press cut into fourths and sew to corner of a square. hope this makes senses. fun and easy
