If you think of it as I only have to lose 5 or 10 it doesn't seem so daunting

I've been on Weight watchers for 9 years now, I don't know if I could do it w/o the meetings.. even when I don't 'do' the program I still get alot of support and information from the meetings. Plus, no one else understands why you do what you do like those people.

I had my weekly weigh in today and I'm down 1.2 pounds! Still a ways to go but every step is in the right direction. This week my goal is to walk 30 miles in total.

Not doing so good... only 1 pound a week. I hate this I never know what to eat so I buy the smart one tv dinners and they are ok but I want food. I need help from the pros here.

I like going to the meetings because I don't beat myself up when I don't lose. The price of the meetings I find I just give up something else. I am losing more with ww than when I was on my own.

DA so love your picture those kidlets are so cute!!! I was thinking maybe I should start going to the meetings its just finances are low because of hours cut back from work. I was hoping I could do this on my own but I think I'm failing.

I lost 21 pounds to day on weight watchers and I have have hit a slump. I am getting back on program and staying focused. Trying to weight watchers alone is very hard. I really enjoy going to the meetings and interacting with the other people. It is expensive, but in the long run worth while. If you do it alone, you need to stay very focused and true to yourself. Good luck. If I can pass information to you, please let me know.
