Another week has gone by again! This week we have a Combination Squares quilt block / a Wings quilt block and a Kansas Dugout quilt block.

Hope you enjoy working on these!

As usual you can find my directions for using my cut down methods to make the "Blocks" by following this link.

http://www.quiltingboard.com/virtual...jsp?vsnum=1020

And you will find all of the weeks here in the Topics Lists:
http://www.quiltingboard.com/virtual...jsp?vsnum=1017

I encourage all who are working on the quilt blocks to post your pictures so we can share in the journey!!

As you work through the process on each quilt block you might think about sharing how you put them together. Pictures of your quilt blocks in progress are really fun to see too. so post on the Picture Thread for this Sampler Quilt! I look forward to seeing these quilts done!!

I didn't check until tonight, I thought you might pass this week because of Christmas. But glad you didn't.

Actually I put them on about 11:30 Sat night. So they were even early. Which was a good thing because I ended up having to got to Winfield with my mom and was gone for awhile on Sun.

I am going to try Nellie in the 6" size. If I don't go nuts, I'll make it into a miniature. I'm heading for bed now though. I do much better in the mornings. Guess I'm getting old. LOL

You'll do fine. Just use a 1 1/2" size template. It is still easy piecing.

I am posting this layout as it has been brought to my attention that the seam lines in the pictures don't show up. so here is a better picture of them.
