Here are the quilts I made for my boys for Christmas. My 4yo loves anything to do with NASA/outerspace and my 6yo is passionate about trains. I kept the designs very simple so as to keep the fabrics as the focus. They were both quilted by Candlequilter (thanks again Sherryl!) and I've taken a couple of close-ups to show her quilting. She used a fun space motif for the space quilt and a great jigsaw puzzle pattern for the train quilt, both of which fit my sons personalities to a T.

Love your quilts and Candlequilter always does a great job. She just finished quilting one for me, too! She gets all my quilting business from here on.
I have Star Wars fabric to do my 8 yr. old grandson a quilt. Actually it is Darth Vader panel. I like the background fabric in your space one. That might be a good fabric for the background for Darth Vader!!!
I bet your boys are loving their quilts.
