Default 60 degree triangles using a directional border print

I thought this visual might help when cutting triangles using a directional stripe. Have fun!

The print is a 24" repeat. I used the 12.5" Creative Grid 60 degree ruler.

i give up...i can never figure out what order to load the pictures so the come out correctly. They were loaded in order and after an hour dealing with my challenge, i am throwing in the towel. Pics are numbered. Hope they help anyway!

Any hints for the next time? Sigh.....

Thanks for the pics and your tute...the pattern is a bit vague about what to do...and how. at least to me!

bought the pattern and the ruler(wow ruler pricey..hope it was worth it) anyway....now to shop for an interesting fab.......I bought a stripe, but the bands of design are thin. Should I do a sample with that... I think so! Off I go!

Maggie, holding you and your dh close in my heart during this difficult time. Maybe playing with your triangles will help you pass the time at the hospital. Wishing your family the very best!!

Geri, there are lots of other patterns to use that ruler.
