Thanks, Judy. We are awaiting Mystery Quilt #7. For a variation on the strip quilt, try the God's Eye.

Thanks for the great info and the Pellon tip!
Great tutorial.... I just love scrappy quilts and this is such a great way to use up some of the strips that tend to pile up. Thanks.

I'd rather spend money on my quilting hobby than the therapist.... I'm probably $$$ ahead.... and I'm happy!!
Love this tute! Thank you! I've also heard of using fabric softener sheets that have gone through the dryer as foundation for this type of quilt...blocks would be a little smaller, though.
When someone mentions quilting, I go to pieces!
Love it! Very pretty![]()
Thanks for the tip on the Pellon 830
that's exactly how I am making the window curtain my DH requested, EXCEPT than my foundation is batting squares. I'll back it with plain muslin so I get a stained glass effect when the sun shines through it.
looks lovely

Have a great day and happy sewing !
I really loved your tute and I am in the middle of making a scrappy QAYG and I am enjoying it a lot. Your tute was very informational and any beginner will be able to understand the directions. Thanks for sharing.
