how far apart are the fabrics layered in the stack?

Any reason why a person can't make it an INCH or INCH and one-half? It will just be Larger, right???

Well OK then, I'm ON it. Have to be out of town for 2 days, perhaps I can post the "new creation" on Saturday or Sunday. I have a selection of fall colors, so . . . we'll see . . . :roll:

I sort of tried this - you have to consider the distance between each layer to be folded. I am not talking about the layered fabrics - but after you have sewn the layers onto the backing and you start your folding - you have to make sure that the folds will overlap or else you will get empty spots between - I hope that makes sense.

We will have to cut the squares larger I think. But that still might cause bulk. Maybe rectangles for the folded pieces..............Thx for trying this for us.
