    Middle of page 8, I stated that the tute has been removed, as I am working on a book. But, in that same message, I link to some simple "How To" tutes that I wrote up before.

    After the beginning of this post I got a PM saying she removed the tutorial because she's working on the book. Also she stated if you want info on the book to PM her.
