Yes, I'm a hand-quilter, not machine quilter. I'm pretty lazy, I want to skip all the "steps" and just quilt.. so the quilt police are probably going nuts right now!

Size of quilt doesn't matter--the board needs to extend beyond the width of quilt for at least an inch. I have two sets of boards. Bed boards work fine. I covered mine with fabric. For a large quilt it would be easier if you had a friend help-one on each end. Also, a chair with casters is good. My suggestion is to try it with a wall or lab size quilt first.
