May be for Martha.....but I sure did learned from this. Thanks!!

Also can do it this way - I hate working with triangles and try to make as few as possible.

I just make the Square in Square center slightly larger than needed and trim down. By cutting the triangles as shown, your finished corner has no bias edge.
