Thanks Momto4 Hope this helps. I lose points too but if you prevent as much as possible then you don't feel so bad to have to say oh well and let a point or two go if you have done all you can to keep them in line!

I actually hate to do some of these steps but I force myself to as it makes such a differance in how your project turns out. This is definately my least favorite thing to do but it is necessary.

I can't tell you how many times I have had to go back and tear things out and fix a seam. (tighten) so a block is not leaning to the right or left and or a block is ruffling.

Hope these steps work for you!

Thanks for your time to show us how to become better quilters. I am not a perfectionist but I do hate when my points disappear!

Hi Rhonda: Thanks for all your "free" instructions. They make quilting so much easier for me now. Also, your baby is beautiful!

Thanks Joey! I am glad to help other quilters. Thanks for the compliment on the baby! We think he is a doll.

I love the cut down method, using two strips. It seems to be more difficult for me when I'm using scraps, and have to cut out each square, or block since I'm trying to use up scraps. Rhonda, do you see any difference when it's just scraps of a strip?
