Default Notebook sleeve for my daughter

My christmas gift for my daughter.
I made this so...

I use a decorative boutis-stitching
I have to stretch the cover on the notepad
I use a delicate lace on edges
The back side

Is there a trapunto effect to this? Have you filled the quilted channels with a light weight yarn? Whatever your answer is - you have done a beautiful job. This is something really special. I hope your daughter loves it to death. Special memories deserve such a special keepsake book!
