Fast way to do 8 at a time half square triangles (HST) with straight of grain edges!

I do this method with scraps....makes HS really quickly. I don't worry about the finished size just put two pieces of fabric together same size squares, draw lines and sew. Then cut apart and trim.

I have used this method. it works great. just need to make sure you sew a straight line. one lady I knew could not figure out why her finished units were out of kilter.
