My shoofly block tutorial
 

For those who followed my thread yesterday, here's my tutorial for the shoofly block.
Hope you enjoy it. It's easypeezy...like my name LOL. You don't have to work with triangles
or bias edges which I absolutely try to avoid wherever possible.

Please note that this tutorial will only work if you are using two fabrics for each block
and in this particular variation.

I'm pretty new at this, but it doesn't look like the shoefly block I know, looks more like an "O" block for X's & O block

I'm with you. I thought the shoofly block had half square triangle blocks on the corners. Am I right or not. Someone smarter than I would know.
